Noordzee Beach Hostel Oslob Cebu

I posted my first 2020 blog about Seascape Resort in Oslob that we stayed in unexpectedly. Few months before that, we discovered a backpacker hostel too. It's been a custom for us to go out of town during the holy week. I know that resorts and hotels are fully booked during this season. Last 2019, I made sure to book 2 months early. I thought I was booking ahead, but those with remaining available accommodations online are those not so popular resorts and are far from the city.
I booked accommodation for 3 at Noordzee Beach Hostel in Oslob.

Most of the hostel's guests at that time were foreign backpackers. I was joking around with my husband if we're really in the Philippines because we were the only Filipino guests dining at that time.

Calming sunset

A stunning sunrise, tranquil atmosphere, morning coffee with your favorite people. What can you ask for?

Good morning Mr. Sun, wanna play? 😘

Seascape Beach Resort in Oslob, Cebu

I just want to share this new serene place we accidentally discovered in Oslob. We recently had an unplanned road-trip with my sister and my mother somewhere South of Cebu (all girls day-out). We did not book any accommodation in advance because we thought it was off-season ( middle of February) anyway. We were clueless that there's a long weekend ahead, and the usual places we used to stay in were fully-booked, and we end up stopping over from one resort to another to check availability for us (the challenge if we travel unplan). It was getting late in the afternoon, and we already reached Oslob. I'm getting exhausted from driving for more than 2 hours from the city, and my energy is just being sustained by coffee and energy drink. Alas! We pass by a resort on the left side of the road with just 1 car parked in front. We checked in at Seascape Beach Resort.

We were just chilling here with a cup of coffee and a relaxing sound of waves crashing onto the shore.

We woke up early to enjoy the sunshine.

Mother and daughter bonding along the shore while I'm basking in the early morning sun.

We enjoyed the pool all by ourselves. A perfect short vacation; unwind with fewer people in serenity.

Miss Blue, filling her eyes with beautiful and relaxing scenery to bring home.
